This morning's paper talks about how companies are retreating from using online job boards indicating a preference for the personal interview.  As expected, job boards flood companies with quantity, not quality resumes.  For those firms that don't have in house campus recruiting staffs, Campus Scout is the perfect strategy to remain competitive for the best candidates.  Spring recruiting is already underway.  We have the capacity to represent additional clients on campus.  We are looking forward to hearing from you.
